From maintaining an entirely smoke-free environment to providing 24-hour access to expert health-care professionals, Alavida Lifestyles takes countless steps to ensure your well-being. Our security and fire-suppression systems are positively state of the art. We’ve adopted an advanced nurse call system that provides every resident with an easy-to-use emergency pendant. If you need medical help, simply push the button on the pendant and our nursing team will receive an electronic alert, right away. These pendants operate anywhere inside your Alavida building, summoning help even if you’re unable to speak or reach a telephone.

All our residents enjoy full access to our concierge-style front-desk services, as well as their own private mailboxes. In addition to convenient and complimentary laundry facilities on every floor, we also offer a choice of housekeeping and laundry services to help with your daily routines.
