Our Yoga Instructor

Yoga is a gentle yet exhilarating exercise that relaxes while developing overall fitness. It is a fantastic way to feel healthy, strong and energetic. We practice an effective style of chair yoga that focuses on relieving muscular tension, especially in the back. We work to "lubricate" each joint and manage to have a few laughs as well.

In this 30-minute class, seated in chairs, you will learn basic yoga postures and breathing exercises to manage stress and to improve strength, flexibility, concentration and memory. Relax your body and calm your mind

Take time to quiet your mind, stretch your body and rejuvenate your spirit. No previous experience is necessary! Learn the fundamental postures, meditate, breathe, stretch, strengthen and improve memory and overall well-being is the result.
